Essential duties and responsibilities

This is a partial list. Other duties may be assigned as needed

• Assist in all client service aspects of for assigned key accounts
• Manage timely outreach and responses vis phone, email, and in-person
• Ensure data accuracy in all communications and workflows in our CRM system
• Deliver fresh insights, new products/service, grow enrollments, and farm referrals
• Communicate important feedback from clients to appropriate team members
• Ensure client touch points and metrics are met each week/month/year
• Stay up to date with new products, trends, and services
• Coordinate Pre-renewals, renewals, open enrollments, post enrollments
• Log all notes and communications in CRM, and execute CRM assigned workflow tasks
• Help build thought leadership and client appreciation events/activities with Marketing
• Manage client expenses according to the budget
• Collaborate with the sales department weekly to help craft optimal business development strategies and tactics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• Proven work experience as a benefits account manager or similar support role
• Hands-on experience with CRM software, word processing, and spreadsheets
• Presentation building experience is a plus
• Understanding of an effective sales process
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Team player with high level of dedication
• Ability to work under deadlines and multiple tasks
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Advanced knowledge of insurance benefit products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
